Achieves Financial Targets:• Grow Annual Sales Revenue Develops and Executes Product plans :• Develops and finalises annual and 5 year product plans• Obtains buy in from stakeholders• Do competitive analysisLaunches New Products and Product Enhancements:• Launches at least two new products during the year• Develops products in accordance with both Business Plan and market needs• Follows the product launch procedures• Allocates responsibilities and target dates to other colleagues• Evaluates launch and provide feedback to relevant parties• Effectively manages and tracks all elements of the products in portfolioProduces Management Reports:• Obtains all relevant information in order to produce monthly reports• Tracks product performance against Business Plan• Writes weekly progress summary for immediate managerInterfaces with Channel :• Obtains market intelligence from customers and the salesforce• Ensures adequate product training is provided to the sales force• Assists salesforce with customer presentations and proposals where an unusually high level of technical and product knowledge is required.Prepares Product Forecasts:• Develops product specific demand forecast• Prepares capital and operational expenditure budget• Validates forecast information receivedEnsures Legal Compliance for Product Portfolio:• Ensures adherence to legal compliance including ICASA and POPI • Manages implementation and updates of applicable legal compliance
