LendoChat is a web-based chat platform designed to improve communication between foreign guests and the hotel in the challenging multilingual environment. To access the platform no app installation is required. LendoChat provides guests with access to a menu of hotel services translated into multiple languages, guests can choose and order any service online using their smartphones. Guests can also chat with the hotel staff in their native language and be easily understood due to our built-in translation tool.
