Chief Financial Officer of NEXIF RATCH Energy, a joint venture company owned by Nexif Energy of Singapore and RATCH Group of Thailand, which has a portfolio of over 4000MW renewable energy projects under ownership and management across South-East Asia and Australia. From October 2012 to December 2022, was the Chief Financial Officer of Nexif, a Singapore based renewable energy and infrastructure development and investment Company with offices and extensive networks across Asia Pacific. Was particularly involved in the establishment of Nexif Energy, a South-East Asian, Bangladesh and Australian focused independent power producer, partnered by Nexif and Denham Capital in 2015, which built up renewable energy project portfolio with total capacity of 2.7GW. Involved for the sale of Nexif Energy’s portfolio of Australia and Southeast Asian energy assets at an enterprise value in excess of US$1 billion and equity value of more than US$600 million. Responsibilities in Nexif and Nexif Ratch include overseeing financial & administrative operations and investments comprising accounting, taxation, treasury, budgeting as well as corporate governance and compliance reporting to ensure that the group companies are in compliance with policies such as Anti-Corruption and Bribery and ESG polices etc. From May 2004 to October 2012, had held positions as Group Financial Controller, Head of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in several entities including a manufacturing company that was listed then on Stock Exchange of Singapore, a well-established construction and engineering company in Singapore, and also a PRC Company which was the second largest manufacturer of axle housings for medium and heavy-duty trucks in the PRC aftermarket and the construction machinery OEM market
