As a Talent Management Coordinator, my responsibilities is to provide consulting services to internal stakeholders (managers, executive teams, global teams, etc.) through a wide range of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, learning & development modules, managerial training sessions, onboarding processes improvement implementations, assessment & survey utilizations, etc. In addition, I perform data analysis using R and Excel to understand the trends within our sectors to see what we may have to improve on. Marina Landscape is an award-winning landscape construction organization that specializes in providing commercial landscaping services to both public and private sectors.As a Human Resources Coordinator, I streamlined the full cycle recruitment and onboarding processes (sourcing, interviewing, drafting offer letters, negotiating, etc.) for 60+ newly hired employees and contractors. Also, I was responsible for the training and development initiatives to provide instructional trainings for our employee's work performance and experience. I administered Equal Employment Opportunity Training, Sexual Harassments Training, Safety Training, and etc. Further, I managed the payroll and weekly timecards (PTO/Sick Hours) to check any discrepancies and ensured that the hours were correctly recorded for 500+ employees.

A nonprofit organization, LANFest provides an empowering atmosphere within gaming (Esports) communities and support charitable efforts by creating unique gaming experiences throughout the nation. I was involved in the people team focusing on the talent acquisition side of the organization.The People team within LANFest combines onboarding, recruitment and talent acquisition to bring the best talent within our non-profit organization. I manage and administrate the applications we received through LinkedIn, Handshake and Volunteermatch. Further, I screen resumes and interview applicants through Google applications while I track the progression through Jira.My team and I developed onboarding policies and recruitment strategies with the board of directors and leads of each team. We used applications such as Confluence and Jira to help our team manage the candidate's onboarding and recruiting flow. In addition, I managed the activities of volunteers and developed a complaint policies and code of conduct for LANFest.
