Resolved problem of delays in tool delivery to critical work sites from waits of up to one year to deliveries in less than two weeks. • Present targeted training programs on ToolWatch and SAP purchasing programs to managers and tool attendants across all US Operations. Create intranet website to organize and launch all relevant software and related websites used by the GBU. Design and write bulletins for informing and training gas distribution workers on innovations, safety alerts and tool maintenance issues in their work areas. • Interact continuously with US Gas Business Unit departments to ensure all tools and equipment are inspected, calibrated and operating properly.
