Federal Aviation Administration HSI strategic planning support - Orchestrated development of Human Factors, Safety, Training, and Personnel Selection Research and Development plans for FAA's Human Factors Division (ANG-C1). Developed NextGen HSI Strategic Plan. Developed draft HSI plan for Unmanned Aircraft Systems integration in the National Airspace System. United States Coast Guard Command 21 Human Factors Engineering (HFE) Lead – Developed HFE Program Plan. Established HFE working group. Identified HFE requirements for software human interface within United States Coast Guard (USCG) Interagency Operations Centers (IOCs). Identified and interpreted guidance and standards for system development and acquisition. These included MIL-STD 1472 and MIL-STD 2025 (symbology) Identified relevant HCI style guides and hand-picked display elements and standards for inclusion in design criteria. Provided human factors requirements for CSTRS pendant design and prototyping.
