I act as an internal consultant and researcher for the Society’s staff and varied stakeholders to help with strategy and information issues. My remit includes operational activities that span Society’s information security, extranet, content management system (CMS), publications, and CRM. These activities require an understanding of stakeholder management, change management, qualitative research methods, and risk management.
