Program/Project/Construction Management/ Successfully managed individual master planned mega-projects from design through construction with built-up areas of 60 million s.f. valued up to $28 billion. These at risk projects consisted of commercial, mixed-use, multiple business hubs, shopping malls, theme park, hotels, hospitality, high rise towers, schools. universities, teaching hospital, single/multifamily residences, land development and infrastructures. I renegotiated the project/construction management responsibilities to correspond with our contract personnel staffing allotments, maintaining the original contract revenue.

Increased company revenues from $750K/yr to $25M/yr over five years maintaining profitability.

General Contractor. Successfully established a new general contracting business venture building commercial properties and luxury residences, and completed commercial renovations including asbestos abatement, structural, electrical, mechanical, and architectural modifications/changes.

Successfully completed a $4 million automated storage and retrieval facility for the largest dairy producer east of the Mississippi.

Saudi Arabia

Project/Construction Management. Supervisory responsibilities included design, site inspections and managing our site teams, on airport hangers, runway and taxiway expansion, refinery security, access roads, culverts, hospitals, schools, secure communication centers, commercial and industrial hard bid and design build projects. I was promoted form Engineer 2 to Area Engineer three months after joining the company.
