I help out with my supervisor and other engineer in achieving NADCAP accreditation for NDT, heat treating and chemical process to allow Company's customer feel safe of their product being sent here. This is done by learning the basic requirement for NADCAP and using their checklist to ensure the procedures were followed with no divertive method taken. I also help source for an oscilloscope to detect anomaly in the engine during start-up

I assisted engineer in solving daily problems encounter on the aircraft fuselage and learning some basic repair. I also help out in designing a temporary jack for Japan Airline for use during inspection and assist supervisor in manufacturing it so as to save cost instead of buying a new permanent jack. Lastly, me and another internship student help out in reversing engineering pipe tester in the facility to help reduce time of relearning how to use it and cost in making a new pipe tester
