I'm CEO and Co-Founder of the Industrial Octopus, my duties include a variety of things such as company operations, long-term budget planning, company managers staff management, decision-making of the company's key direction development, looking for new clients, looking for leaders for the company, participate in roads show and the company advertising.I get things done.

After 2,5 years as a team lead, I joined the company as CEO.I was responsible for the in-game art quality check of the whole company's clients' projects. My main role besides company operations was the team lead, as well as human resource management and I want to note, that this part of my duties made me happy because I found and hired a lot of good specialists around the globe, and that helped the company to grow not only in quantity but in quality.

My responsibilities included the company teams and projects management, daily focused on leading the art team department members, documentation and guides creation, and coordinating with clients' outsource managers including holding meetings and managing schedules.
