Mr. TSANG Ho Ka Eugene, aged 43, is a fellow of the CPA Australia, a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, an international associate of The American Institute of CPAs, a fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, a fellow of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, Australia, a Chartered Tax Adviser and also a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.Mr. Tsang obtained a bachelor’s degree of commerce in accounting and finance from the University of New South Wales, Australia and has completed an accounting extension course in Australian Taxation Law and Australian Corporations Law in the Centre for Continuing Education of the University of Sydney, Australia. Mr. Tsang was an executive director of Newtree Group Holdings Limited (HKEx stock code: 1323), the chairman of Rising Power Group Holdings Limited (HKEx stock code: 8047), a vice-chairman of Capital Finance Holdings Limited (HKEx stock code: 8239), an independent non-executive director of Jiu Rong Holdings Limited (HKEx stock code: 2358) and Winto Group (Holdings) Limited (HKEx stock code: 8238) respectively.Mr. Tsang is currently the chairman of Gattaca Company Limited, a boutique consulting firm in Hong Kong, the managing director of New Horizon Capital (Group) Limited, a diversified financial group which specializes itself in private equity in Hong Kong, Greater China and overseas and money lending business in Hong Kong, a consultant of GenNex Financial Media Limited, a financial printer in Hong Kong and also an independent non-executive director of Steve Leung Design Group Limited (HKEx stock code: 2262), one of the biggest interior design consultancies in Asia.On community services, Mr. Tsang had also been appointed as an Honorary Financial Advisor of the Smart Education Charitable Foundation Limited.
