Project Officer at AEE RWANDA to implement EJO HEZA/GIZ project in KIREHE district, I’m in charge for increasing capacity building for chili growers, establishment of saving groups and linking chili growers with potential buyers in 11 sectors of KIREHE district

I was responsible for supporting cooperative in capacity building for GAP and leadership and management skills , development of internal rules and regulations, strategic plan, procedures Manuel , coaching on record keeping, linking farm groups with potetial buyers, assisting group members in the access to quality inputs, assisting youth to create groups and engaged them in agricultures, assisting VSLGs in community of cooperative members, establishing Kichen gardens in the same community and assisting group members to conduct their meeting.

I was in charged for assisting livelistock farmers cooperative to link with potential buyers, establishment of by laws documents forproper group management ( Internal Rules and Regulations(IRR), 5YSP & Procedure manuel), coaching on both leadership and management for cooperative, coaching on GAP through L-FFS groups ,coaching on record keeping, coching on post harvest handling of produce, linking the with financial institutions (URWEGO Bank Plc where they have got a loan for milking cows at each group member household level) and linking with other stakeholders

I was in charged for assisting clients in the elaboration of their bankable agriculture business plan, linking farmers with MFIs (Micro financial Institutions ), coaching farmer groups on business management and Good Agriculture Practice. In business plan development 54 out of 65 successfuly granted by BDF( Business Development Fund) on behalf of NAEB/PRICE project.

as Field agronomist i was in charge with implementation of Good Agriculture Practice for proper producing Chilies, French beans and Tomatoes and i was responsible for company's out growers coching on good agriculture practice on both Chilies and French beans and post harvest handling for vegetable in general for international standard.

supporting cooperative in development of five years Strategic plan, linking with potential buyers, coaching to the cooperative members on post harvest handling and Good Agriculture Practice(GAP), cooperative management and leadership, linking cooperative with Financial institutions for access on production loans and assisting group members to get inputs for productions.
