I have worked in the Hospitality or related industries since leaving university, in positions ranging from Night manager, Duty manager and Assistant General manager. In the 'related' industries my roles have included Support analyst, Trainer, Hospitality Consultant and most recently, Training Manager.My most recent role encompassed the assessment, design, delivery and management of training requirements for the northern EMEA consultancy team within the Hospitality Business unit at Oracle.
