• Coach, review, supervise and terminate assigned employees, and/or makes suggestions and recommendations that are given particular weight regarding the employment status of assigned employees. • Schedules workload of moving crew. • Prepares estimates of moving costs and man-hours. • Inventories moving equipment. • Prepares and reviews time sheets to break out time spent on each move. • Coordinates special events and athletic clean-ups.• Move furniture, appliances, and equipment, computers and electronic equipment as directed.• Move art objects and displays. Sets-up and removes seating and equipment for special events.• Distribute goods to and from salvage, storage, surplus, and central receiving.• Disassemble/Assemble and installs modular office furniture and build crates.• May maintain vehicles and moving equipment.• Operate forklift and at times operate various snow removal equipment and shovel snow and ice from designated areas.• Take inventories when on large items such as furniture or tables to long distance places.• Responsible for keeping area clean and guarantee that every item will be delivered in exact place.
