Gather and filter feedback from field service to support product design and manufacturing teams to ensure consistent quality.

The key part of this role was to ensure that our field service teams were able to deliver top level customer service through both our authorised service centre and customer service franchise network. The responsibilities included delivering training material, regular visits to service network companies, dis satisfied customer site visits.During the introduction of the franchised network I also played a key role in developing the correct spare part stock to carry to achieve KPI levels.

This role was to visit customers and repair appliances, the role involved repairs on various brands. As an apprentice I learned not only the technical skills but also this is where I learned and developed customer service skills, with communication a key part of this role.
