Main Responsibilities:• Review subscription/redemption forms: Ensure they are filled out correctly according to the Subscription Agreement.• Verify order accuracy: Confirm that the booking team is placing orders correctly.• Handle client inquiries: Address operational questions and provide assistance.• Report funds inflow/outflow to IMs: Provide monthly updates on incoming and outgoing funds related to investor transactions.• Provide transactional details to auditors: Assist in audits during the end of the financial year.• Release notices for events: Inform clients about dividends, changes in the prospectus, or letters from fund managers.• Coordinate across departments: Act as a liaison between departments to deliver reports and solutions to clients.Achievements: Create step-by-step guides for personal training purposes and share them with the team, especially new joiners, to aid in their training.

Aside from fulfilling my main responsibilities of my role, I have also partake in projects to streamline and to automate further of our current processes using a combination of VBA and Macros. Ensuring that our Mutual/Hedge Funds Orders are placed/reported timely and accurately. Main Responsibilities• Receive, Follow Up and Execute all Mutual Fund Orders in a timely fashion.• Follow up with counter parties on the availability of the kind of funds that BNP can subscribe to.• Assist and Liase with Mastefile team to create codes for new Mutual Funds in Olympic System• Inform Front Office the Executed Details of their Fund Orders.• Transmit Orders to the Settlements Team.• Handle enquiries timely from Front Office with regards to the Operational Aspects of the various Mutual Funds and Hedge Funds• To keep abreast of the Operational Aspects of newly launched mutual funds as marketed by the Fund Advisory team. • Preparation of debit notes sent to fund houses for their payment of trailer fees.• Preparation of Quarterly Reports for Upper Management.

During my stint with Settlements Team, I identified some elements of the process which could be automated with the use of Microsoft Excel. With the belief that these elements can be further streamlined, I developed various automated solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy for the team. In addition, I was tasked by my supervisor to develop a solution using formulae to reduce the time needed to prepare the Quarterly Failed Trade Report for Higher Management. We have effectively reduced the time needed by 70% due with the new system in place. Main Responsibilities· Ensures that the daily processing of executed trade settlements are processed timely.· Verifying the trade confirmations matches both instructions from Traders and RM.· Maintaining Late/Failed trade reports and following up with the respective counterparties involved.· Perform Reconciliation of Swift Messages and daily faxes.· Ensures that procedures and control measures are strictly adhered to.· Preparation of Quarterly Failed Trade Report for Higher Management.

My main primary role is a receptionist where I provide the appropriate queue numbers and answer taxpayers enquiries. In addition, I provide over the counter solutions if possible and advices to taxpayers as well. In 2009, provide training regarding on Partnership E-filing to permanent staffs including managers.
