My career covers transaction originations, debt and equity structuring, distribution for alternative investments and hedge funds and advising on establishing investment funds in the trade finance and asset-based lending space.I worked with senior management of a listed resource company to a robust reporting and budgeting process and participating in operational decisions and is currently part of an advisory group specializing in the sector.Participated in establishing a $1 billion specialty finance subsidiary of a European Bank, raising over $300 million of outside equity, to enable the parent company to expand its portfolio beyond the limitations of the parent company’s balance sheet.
