Mostly, I am charged with aquatic programming for the public: property owners, pond/lake managers, agencies, municipalities, park systems, etc. My appointment is statewide, so give me a call and chat water. I also teach fisheries management in the classroom and carry a research appointment.

My office operates the Ohio Sea Grant College Program, providing research grants and education/outreach services on Lake Erie issues; the F.T. Stone Laboratory, OSU's biological field station and the oldest freshwater station in the country; the Great Lakes Aquatic Ecosystem Research Consortium, a dozen universities that use Stone Lab as a research base; and the Center for Lake Erie Area Research.

Coordinate field activities and research, operate sampling gears, and supervise student staff.
