My experience is broad and includes logistics, project management, construction scheduling, construction superintendent, supply chain management and resource managementMy leadership style is defined as solid, calm, proactive, visionary, adaptive and confident. Important things to know, I don’t care who gets the credit as long as the goal is reached, my ideas are not always good but I have a lot of them, if you’re not setting goals you cant reach them. If you’re sitting behind your desk all day you have no idea what is really going outside your four walls.Managers manage stuff and leaders lead people. There is a difference.You can not effectively lead your teams if you don't know your teams. Take the time to get to know your people. It will pay off. Free project management tip: Use a white board. Technology is great but nothing beats seeing the whole process laid out on a white board. My experience goes beyond just project management and construction. I have led teams of instructors and facilitators working on various professional development courses. I have been the project manager on various military and civilian construction projects in some interesting parts of the word. I have created many business development and marketing process proven to be best practices. My military background is 28+ years of starting from the bottom and working to where I am today. My civilian background is the same, work hard and see results.

During my time on this project myself and my teammates conducted needs analyses, recommended deployable training, developed training material and delivered classroom instruction to the Air Force for the Expeditionary Combat Support System project. During the delivery I conducted classroom training and worked in the work centers with the client to ensure a smooth transition from the legacy systems. I also consulted with the solution development and fielding teams drawing on my past military experience to provide valuable information to assist in the role out of the project.
