I am the Managing/Senior Attorney at the Law Offices of Eugene Goldstein and Associates, and have been practicing immigration law in New York City since 1971. My practice focuses primarily on academic, professional, business, and family immigration for individuals, institutions and businesses. I have been active with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), NAFSA-Association of International Educators, One To World, the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA), the Anti-Defamation League, and other organizations. I am the recipient of many distinguished awards, including the Anti-Defamation League’s “Generations of Justice Award” in 2006 for many years of commitment to equal justice and fair treatment; recognition by The City University of New York’s Office of International Student Services for service and support to the CUNY community; and NAFSA-Region X’s “James O’Driscoll Distinguished Service Award” in recognition of outstanding service and leadership. I have been an adjunct at the City University of New York and at CCNY. I have authored several publications on immigration law, and am a frequent speaker, presenter, and moderator on immigration law topics at professional conferences, and at college and university campuses throughout the NY/NJ metropolitan area. I graduated from CCNY and Washington University in St. Louis, School of Law. My way of relaxing is reading by the beach.
