I take great pride in being an outlier. It’s what enables me to think differently and stand out. My experiences are wide ranging and my career path has been non-linear. However the skill I value the most is being able to take what I’ve learned and bring it all together to solve problems and achieve results. When I think back on my 10+ year career, my proudest moments include:- Leading the digital transformation of a $100+ billion commercial bank by building a collaboration and productivity platform that empowered a community of over 5000 bankers.- Building data analytics platforms and measurement frameworks to efficiently analyze and assess the effectiveness of enterprise campaigns and initiatives.- Spearheading the introduction of new enterprise programs that intended to deliver a large scale impact (e.g. millennial client acquisition, employee resource groups, ideation crowdsourcing, corporate communications).- Managing cross functional product teams of high potential individuals who achieved results that exceeded expectations. - Conducting market research, leveraging hundreds of data points, to provide thought leadership on the M&A market of SaaS based software companies. I believe strongly in having a growth mindset in all aspects of my life. I continue to pursue ongoing education to expand my knowledge and skills.
