Contributed intellectually within multidisciplinary teams; worked closely with biologists and synthetic chemists. Computational approaches have included de novo design, docking, homology modeling, inhibitor design, fingerprint methodologies, library design, QSAR, scaffold-hopping and virtual screening. Project teams have sent compounds to the clinic. Research focus has included cellular adhesion, cysteine proteases, GPCRs, kinases, protein-protein interactions (PPI), SH2 domains and others.- As a Project Discipline Leader, co-lead Projects with Biology colleagues either in Ridgefield, CT or in Biberach, Germany.
