Product Owner of a software transition project. The purpose was to rebuilt and integrate a unique capacity management tool in the target IT environment to unlock new adaptations. I worked together with a team both onsite as offshore in India. I did stakeholder management and was responsible for the Jira Backlog and product increments.

Creation and implementation of the in-house built ‘Bereikbaarheidstool’ (Sep 2015 – present) This innovative sales funnel based tool calculates and predicts the workload of Retail advisors (Wonen, Inkomen & Vermogen, MVB) over the next four weeks. Therefore the tool gives direct insight in which advisors are available for new customer appointments and supports that workload is evenly divided over all advisors.This project was conducted in an agile way with delivery of enhanced prototypes in close business cooperation from the start. Besides my end-to-end responsibility I was co-designer of the solution, co-product Owner and Scrum Master. Because of the experimental nature I composed the development team mainly from external parties which were not accustomed to work within a team or agile. Becoming a high performance team during our journey was most rewarding to us all.As an add-on we conducted a live experiment with a self-built ‘Agendaplanningstool’ which was promising.

As an projectmanager COO in several projects my responsibility was to guide the business in their journey towards delivery and implementation of their business needs. I was end-to-end responsible starting from scenario to requirements, forming teams, software development (offshore), testing, delivery, implementation and aftercare. Also training of staff and initiating and closing of vender selection was part of my role. Projects ranged from mortgages to CRM. It could be an application for customers and branches as well as HQ departments. Projectsize up to 60 persons. Clients up to Boardmembers. All projects were delivered within budget, time and required quality.1. Creation of an inhouse built Direct Customer Feedback proces for reinforcing customer satisfaction. Creating personal dashboards for 6.000+ participating employees for coaching purposes. Within my end-to-end overall responsibility I designed the key business processes which are still in place.2. RFP proces for Analytical Customer Relationship Management based on user stories3. Set up and execution of a program for several business lines to replace the existing Analytical-CRM environment with an integrated SAS suite which consists of a) Campaign management, b) Advanced Analytics, c) Workflow management & Strategic Planning and d) Realtime DecisioningThe implementation was done in an Agile way. 4. Omnichannel | Contextual Banking (2014)The completion of the starting up phase for delivery of realtime decisioning combined with online customer context. The purpose was to enable online propositions to customers based on their online behavior.

1. Deputy Program Manager Business Command Center Migration (BCCM)Co responsible for the set up of a temporary organisation and its daily operations for > 150 employees . The purpose of BCCM was to mitigate all potentially problems for Fortis customers because of the migration of all Fortis products to the ABN AMRO platform.I created an generic Problem, Solve, Execution process with an 'automated' approval matrix by all riskparties for short time to market of necessary solutions and customer communications. I was responsible for managing all BCCM domain teams and customer aftercare. 2. Creating new Mandatory Risk Assessment Tool for Retail Accountmanagers used during sales process of complex financial products. Co-creation with Omniplan accompanied by newly designed sales process and management information/KPI. Implementation of newly developed training program executed in cooperation with Welten.3. Migration of Dutch Save and Invest portfolios to Belgian central platform. Responsible for business requirements and implementation (large groups of customers and end users)4. Transforming or closing complex non migratable Fortis products. Some in cooperation with PWC.5. RFP Operational-CRM: Domain Lead Europe for Sales Management & Sales Entity ManagementAs a domain lead I was operating from Brussels and was reponsible for the design of the to-be business processes for both capabilities. During workshops with other country representatives we succeeded in getting agreement on 'one size fits all' design principles and requirements.
