Kudzai Jamu is a mechanical engineering graduate (June 2019) from Ashesi University. In 2014 he was selected into the esteemed USAP program through which he was awarded the MasterCard Scholarship to study at Ashesi.In 2016 Kudzai established the Ashesi Curious Class Club which is part of seven other Curious Class (CC) clubs across tertiary institutions in Ghana. The focus of the club is for students to share technology knowledge beyond the academic class with a practical project-based approach. CC offers courses in Arduino, Python, Web and Apps development, Social Media Management, and Graphics amongst others. At Ashesi in 2017, Kudzai has also served as a tutor in the engineering and computer science departments assisting students in Calculus 1 &2, Python, HTML and CSS.Kudzai went on to establish Netro Electronics Zimbabwe in May 2017. Netro is a quickly growing automation, robotics and electronics startup. The company is promoting practical and quality education in tertiary institutions by making readily available the required high technology resources needed for computer science and engineering projects. October 2017, Netro was awarded the Ashesi Venture Accelerator Most Enterprising Business Award. In March 2018 Netro was also awarded the Ashesi Career Fair Most Enterprising Business Award.Between June and July 2017 Eugene interned with the largest broadband company in Africa - Liquid Telecoms. At Liquid he learnt how to diagnose and repair POS machines. He also learnt how to splice and terminate optical fibres.In an effort to promote STEM education Kudzai founded Little Geeks Inc in June 2018, a company which teaches electronics and robotics to primary and high school students. At Little Geeks he directs the development of syllabuses and design of hardware modules. Furthermore, he is a tutor for Robotics and Electronics courses. Eugene has one and very clear vision: To improve education through promoting technology adoption.In 2019 Kudzai Co-founded Mastoro Online Shopping, a retail company which makes it easier for people in Zimbabwe to buy anything from anywhere.
