This spans blog, features and hypebeast.tv platforms.•Manage the editorial team both on regional and international levels to ensure the proper and timely delivery of editorial assets both on-site in Hong Kong and through satellite offices in the United States•Successfully implement more efficient methods of workflow through the use of various efficiency programs and collaboration tools •Develop a comprehensive newsletter system to help promote features and hypebeast.tv episodes with MailChimp•Launch hypebeast.tv as the latest platform within Hypebeast through production, organization and creative direction with international videographers•Successfully re-structured the overall direction of Hypebeast from origins as a sneaker-centric platform to a more lifestyle based outlet•Metrics since joining Hypebeast: Visits: +254%, Pageviews: +242%, Visitors: +323%•Create a Facebook (approximately 70,000 Likes) presence which now represents approximately 10% of our monthly traffic•Develop Twitter (approximately 35,000 Followers) campaigns to help boast Hypebeast’s profile and enhance user engagement•Voted by Signature9 as the second most influential fashion blog on Internet

Took the role of helping to transform Hypebeast from a blog to a full-fledged online magazine through the development of a features section.•Became Hypebeast’s first full-time editor•Identified the creative direction and set forth traffic and editorial goals for Hypebeast•Ensured the provision of quality and relevant content based on Hypebeast standards•Produced numerous features both live and via email with high-profile industry leaders in fashion and art•Communicated and maintained relationships with brands, artists, PR agencies, musicians, photographers, videographers•Created a database of global creatives based on photography and videography•Developed an extensive database of online reference materials including online stores, media outlets and brands•Prepared promotional materials for Hypebeast-related branding and press releases•Recruited new writers and contributors to the team•Trained new writers and contributors through the use of Wordpress, news searching and proper editorial voice•Oversee some of the written editing for Hypebeast’s sister music site, HYPETRAK•Planned and produced various product collaborations including adidas and Subcrew•Voted by Time Magazine as a Top 50 Website for 2008
