Representing the university's interests in China and the Asia region from 2007-2017: established MOU's and partnerships with over 20 Chinese universities and schools in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Beijing, Kunming and other cities; responsible for the strategic planning of the university's Asia strategy; designed hybrid (US-China) graduate programs in International Education, International Business, International Development and International Politics with over 200 alumni and $1.5 million in annual revenues; implemented short-term study abroad programs for undergraduate and graduate students to China; successfully fund-raised for Asia library; designed marketing materials, promotions and university branding in China. Currently (since 2017) teaching in the Educational Leadership Doctorate program, mentoring dissertation students in K-12 and higher education, researching minority access to STEM, international student trends, and gratitude.

Genesis AI Research Lab and its associates are in the business of curating wisdom [research, best practices, parables] for responsible and faithful AI; executive consulting for institutions from pre-K micro-schools to college-prep to catalyze, innovate and advance AI integration; restorative practices [mission alignment, inter-intelligence resonance, and human-centered pedagogies] in a post-AI environment.
