ITIL Service Management Consultant, and lead Data Specialist addressing ongoing improvements in BAU customer service, customer account / billing verification, and SAP remediation activities.Key challenges were the consolidation, cleaning and verification of customer records, including financial liabilities from a number of legacy, local, and production systems. The ultimate aim was to issue complete, correct, and verified bills to customers, allowing payments / accruals by end of financial year.Through the project it was identified that a key contributing process to data degradation was the recording, processing, and resolution of customer requests. This role provided high level designs and recommendations on implementing an ITIL best practice inspired process, tools and methods.
