• Developed and released to production a family of universal drive brackets that support both 2.5 inch and 3.5 inch Hard Disks and Solid State disks in existing and future ORACLE systems. • Established new release and archival methods for mechanical group. Identified software and worked with the vendor to develop and deploy a custom solution to work in conjunction with PTC ProIntralink and ProE. Process included development of a collaboration tool between mechanical and electrical teams to allow simpler exchange of data (IDF / EMN transfers)• Team Lead: Responsible for leading development and manufacturing of new universal blades for high volume production.• Team Lead: Responsible for development, testing and release of a 14U blade buffering system used for streaming video:• Managing engineering and testing resources during product development• Qualification and testing of system power supply, leading multi-discipline team in resolving EMI related issues• Design of a new power cable retention mechanism (PATENT 7,429,701)• Team Lead: Design and qualify new slide rails for a 180lb rack-storage system. Design, testing and qualification completed in 3 months.
