His professional journey has led him through progressively senior roles at major financial services companies such as JP Morgan, American Express, New York Stock Exchange, Citi Group, and Credit Suisse.During his tenure at Credit Suisse, Eugene served as the Global Head of Project Governance and Software Development Methodologies. His organization was responsible for orchestrating comprehensive reviews for all IT production changes introduced by a portfolio of about 500 projects annually impacting about 1100 Investment Banking applications. Following Credit Suisse, Eugene became an independent contractor, contributing his skills for 3 years at Sterling National Bank in regulatory compliance area.Currently, Eugene works at a digital exchange, in a consultative role focusing on SEC compliance, and management of large infrastructure initiatives. In addition to his primary role, Eugene also serves as an adjunct faculty in the MS in Cybersecurity program at Yeshiva University. Furthermore, he is an elected officer within the ISACA New York Metropolitan Chapter, a prominent not-for-profit organization that caters to a membership of 4,200 Digital Trust professionals. Outside of his professional endeavors, Eugene finds fulfillment in his engagement with American Corporate Partners (ACP), a nonprofit organization aiding veterans in transitioning to civilian careers through one-on-one mentoring and networking.
