Senior Process Improvement Consultant• Compose and maintain compelling business cases and project charters for business stakeholders that identify all the major components of the Business Process Management program, including the vision roadmap, financial economics, and related benefits.• Delivers process discovery for sufficient understanding of the current state baseline. This may involve: Process flows & narratives, interviews and facilitation, common process structures, policies & procedures, applications & integrations, key performance indicators, baseline walkthrough.• Promote Continuous Process Improvement and business process engineering best practices, including LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies through training, coaching, and mentoring.• Transforming paper-based forms to digital DocuSign forms to improve processing, reduce errors and improve customer experience across multiple platforms with a 50% decrease in overall processing time.• Engage leadership to get buy in, support, and named resources to identify gaps, conduct analysis and design user centered solutions to meet KPIs. Automation and Workflow Analyst• Contribute to Digital Strategy, technology roadmaps and governance in Robotic Process Automation, Intelligent Automation, Workflow, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, and digital technologies.• Conduct RPA and IPA assessments and strategy development through data collection and client interviews to recommend the optimal RPA platform(s) based on client needs, scope and prioritize processes for automation, cost-benefit analysis, operating model development and building implementation road map and business case.• Facilitate internal client engagements to assess strategic objectives, map out innovation scenarios, identify key improvement opportunities and value-added digital transformation initiatives.• Create business cases that quantify the value to delivered, Project scope, timeline, deployment, leadership, and benefits tracking.

• Lead complex technical upgrade project migrating on premise software to Google Cloud involving multiple value streams and products; Multiyear CX project integrating backend fee incentive system into customer portal.• Continually assess the Scrum maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable. Coach and mentor other Scrum masters and Product Owners.• Schedule and facilitate all Scrum Ceremonies, identify risks, track dependencies, and remove impediments. • Provide leadership updates on measures, impact assessment, removal of roadblocks, and conflicts on change of scope decisions using Jira reporting and burndown charts and team sentiments report and dashboard.• Remove barriers for team that hinder completion of Sprint Goals• Perform product owner function to support delivery across all phases of product lifecycle including, PI Planning, managing product backlog, analyzing KPIs to define strategies.• Provide leadership updates on measures, impact assessment, removal of roadblocks, and conflicts on change of scope decisions.

• Teach Business Data Analytics to a diverse population of graduate students, with a wide variety of educational backgrounds and experience, using a wide variety of teaching methods to ensure student success• Responsible for curriculum development, teaching, service, and related administrative activities in synchronous virtual classroom• Act as a leading voice on the Master of Management Diversity Advisory Board

• Develop and lead workshops and facilitate discussions on topics such as unconscious bias, microaggressions, privilege, intersectionality, and the impact of implicit bias in hiring processes.• Help organizations plan and prepare reports using data to benchmark performance of diversity programs.• Provide coaching support to managers regarding how they can create inclusive work environments.• Evaluated recruiting, employment, and promotional procedures for effectiveness in advancing diversity and inclusion, EEO, equity and social justice compliance• Gather and infusr insights from various data sources (external diversity best practice benchmarks, internal DE&I climate assessments, employee engagement surveys, etc.) to inform DE&I strategy.

• Act as a servant leader to the development team and help the team to focus on delivering high-quality work• Remove impediments and coach the team on agile best practices for developing business applications.• Work closely with the product owner to ensure that the backlog is well-groomed and that the team is always working on the highest priority items for business applications.• Ensure that the team is following the Scrum framework and is continuously improving its processes for developing business applications.

• Develop and publish process documentation, technical requirements, and other documentation, as required.• Leverage tools such as Excel, Visio, and others, directly query, assess, and analyze data to ensure requirements are being met.• Serve as liaison between business and technical resources to keep work flowing smoothly.• Work with Process Improvement Project Managers to ensure all required steps and actions are captured in project plans, and that project timelines seem reasonable.• Lead, conduct, or consult in process mapping sessions.• Participate in creating data integrity and governance standards, processes, procedures, methodologies, etc., according to departmental policies and conventions.• Develop supporting documentation, tools and training.• Work with Trainers to develop training plans and schedules.• Develop rollout plans with key stakeholders.

• Assist with data mappings, data modeling, data profiling, query design, data flow design, data strategy and data governance between multiple databases across multiple platforms.• Responsible for executing and maintaining the processes to create, maintain, and deactivate master data per Master Data Governance rules.• Conduct in-depth research of key providers/subscribers/customers to determine legal structure to be appropriately reflected in all systems.
