I am now at KA Enterprises using my past experience to grow the commercial real estate segment of the company. I have overseen the acquisition, disposition, development and recapitalization of over $100,000,000 in assets since joining KA enterprises. I am currently overseeing all acquisitions, entitlements and asset management for the company in product types that include, multifamily, industrial, and commercial / retail. I was a member of the acquisitions / disposition / asset management team at Westcore Properties. Where I oversaw the asset management 12,000,000 SF industrial and office portfolio and managed over 500,000,000 in acquisitions, dispositions and recapitalization.As a Portfolio Manager for the Santander Real Estate Capital division of Banco Santander, my role was to manage the day-to-day credit activities of a portfolio having a risk exposure of over $1 Billion. Through analyzing and evaluating the financial performance of 400+ loans in the portfolio – consisting of Multifamily, Mixed Use, Commercial and Coop properties – I was able to increase the Bank’s balance sheet efficiencies and decrease the Bank’s exposure to troubled assets.Prior to joining Banco Santander, I was employed at Cushman & Wakefield in their San Diego office as an Associate in their Brokerage Services department. During my time at C&W, I specialized in the leasing and sales of industrial properties in Southern California.In May 2013, I graduated from Fordham University with an MBA in Finance & Accounting with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. I am also certified in Argus DCF.
