During this time I was self employed and worked with my brother installing interior systems such as metal framing, grid ceilings, insulation types and partition walls. We worked in a range of environments all over the UK and Ireland installing a wide range of systems. I was involved in partition intallations in Liverpool FC's new training facilities among many other projects.

In this role of JEDI I was an advisor for customer service advisors. In my role with Firstsource as a customer service advisor I was identified as being excellent at solving problems and finding solutions to keep our customers happy, my customer satisfaction statistics spoke for themselves.Firstsource had a contract with telecommunications company SKY and so we dealt with SKY customers. SKY introduced a new role called JEDI and initially 42 candidates were selected from all over the UK for this role, I was one of them. As a JEDI, I would record issues and would look for trends to identify bigger problems before they developed, we also trialled new ways of troubleshooting network issues and my team actually got to test a new system that SKY was considering implementing.I eventually left the role to work self employed with my brother.

After completing my first degree I wanted to work with my hands to build and create things so I worked a variety of construction jobs such as carpentry and system installations. I worked on projects including an Alstrom power station in Pembrokeshire, Wales and the NCC, Spencer Dock, Dublin.
