We go beyond the expected, and do MORE for you with forward-thinking advocacy, creativity and care."Eugene's representative matters include:• Serve as outside general counsel to clients, advising on contracts, licenses, financing, IP, corporate, commercial transactions, advertising & marketing, and employment issues.• Represented breweries in sale or acquistion of other breweries, including three transactions in the first half of 2023.• Represented large craft brewery as plaintiff in Lanham Act trademark infringement action in federal district court; obtained consent permanent injunction.• Advised craft breweries and other alcohol beverage industry clients on wide range of legal issues.• Represent computer gaming companies in TM prosecution and dispute matters, and domain name matters.• Advise numerous technology companies on trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property matters including litigation.• Provide strategic advice to snowboard equipment and apparel company on intellectual property issues and international brand protection.• Advise national non-profit organization in creation of master license agreement and trademark, copyright & marketing issues.• Advise motorcycle accessories and apparel company on various issues including MSRP, marketing , international brand protection, and dispute with foreign manufacturer.• Advise large Korean apparel company on trademark issues in the United States.• Advised Bay Area non-profit museum on all IP matters.
