Utilizes Imagery analysis and Photogrammetry experience to design and conduct imagery exploitation, artifact/anomaly identification, quality scale rating (NIIRS) and quantitative assessments using various sensors (PAN, IR, MSI, SAR, FMV, etc.) and products in order to evaluate the visual quality of imagery for new systems and quantifies the changes in product quality of existing products due to system changes.

Served as the Senior GEOINT Instructor/Writer in the Training and Exercises (TREX) Branch of the Army GEOINT Battalion (AGB) managing 25 Military, Department of the Army Civilians, and Contractor Instructors with Training Support Elements at 22 locations, providing full-spectrum GEOINT training during Combat Training Center rotations and Mobile Training Teams at all echelons to Army Regionally Aligned Forces

Led a team of 8 joint service military and civilians in providing imagery support by performing analysis of Full Spectrum GEOINT data for U.S. Army Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) and other major military commands supporting humanitarian assistance disaster response, tactical missions and strategic planning.

Managed and resolved administrative and personnel issues for over 200 enlisted military Active duty, National Guard, and Reserve linguist students during a 63-week course; ensured soldiers possessed the ability to properly apply the tenets of master resiliency to their professional and personal lives tracked performance of Chinese language studnts and assigned resources to assist in training, which resulted in a 77.6% production rate for soldiers that was 8% above the Defense Language Institute (DLI) aggregate average and 35 soldiers exceeding course standards as well as 20 soldiers earning the DLI AA Degree in Chinese language.

Served as an Airborne Target Surveillance Supervisor (ATSS) on the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) aircraft, responsible for coordination with Army units to plan, interpret, and integrate the Common Ground Station (CGS) requirements with JSTARS during mission planning; managed voice communications and data link between the E-8C JSTARS aircraft, CGS, and other intelligence sources; planned, executed and continuously managed real time information, Moving Target Indicator (MTI) and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imagery analysis and voice communications between the aircraft and ground forces. Completed over 100 sorties and 1500 flight hours as an Airborne Target Surveillance Supervisor (ATSS) in support of five Combatant Commands, three theaters of operations, and three named operations: Operation Unified Protector, Enduring Freedom, and New Dawn, with zero safety violations.

Performed analysis of Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) near real-time Moving Target Indicator (MTI) and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imagery data, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) imagery, Commander’s Tactical Terminal/Joint Tactical Terminal (CTT/JTT) Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) data, and Secondary Imagery Dissemination (SIDS) products using the Common Ground Station (CGS) providing situational development, battle management, and targeting information and imagery intelligence of value to combatant commanders.
