Currently, leading a multi-year planning, design, development and commercialization of a business orchestration platform with supervised AI & ML algorithm for; exchange enrollment, premium billing, presentment & payment, and consumer experience management.Softheon platform is a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) platform fulfilling the vision of providing both the business processes and technical infrastructure to manage insurer’s Exchange-based business for both Individual and small group products.Early adopter of SOA & ESB technologies and tools (e.g., BPM/BPMN/BPEL, ECM/IDM, BAM, REST/SOAP/WS, JAVA, .NET) and emerging standards (SERFF, CCD/CCR/CDA, HL7). Agile Master; removing impediments and ensuring the processes is followed during all aspects of product development, and delivery.
