Provides technical support for complex services to the sales effort in the areas of pre-sale study activities, analysis and design of products/services that are new, enhancements or upgrades, assistance in determining pricing and implementation requirements, customer technical support, and coordination within BellSouth.

Responsible for the overall success of planning and implementing network deployment projects to meet specific needs of customers with both national and international site locations. The specific responsibilities have included the preparation of orientation packages to provide project team members with all project-related information, development of high-level project plan based on signed proposal to present at kick-off meeting, developing a detailed project plan with specific phases, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

Successful project management, deployment, installation, and support for the initial launch and continued growth of the Internet node sites located within BellSouth Regional territory. Position included hands on installation of all network LAN/WAN equipment and telecom circuit turnup relative to the internet nodes. In depth understanding of LAN/ WAN technologies, router configurations and of multiple functions related to node operation (Internet protocols, telco services, and environmental aspects).

Operations manager of voice processing operation centers in Atlanta, and Washington DC with a variety of voice processing equipment. Supported voicemail, IVR, and calling card customer base. Directly responsible for installation and maintenance of Octel, VMX, Centigram voicemail platforms, custom IVR applications and several PBXs (Meridian Option 81, Harris 20/20, Summa 4)
