Eugene was responsible for deal origination, deal structuring, preparing term sheet, conducting due diligence, structuring and preparing investment report for IC approval. Eugene was also responsible for post investment monitoring & updating the IC on portfolio performance. Eugene successfully completed a number of deals in the IT, food and healthcare sectors. In addition to investments, Eugene assists the CEO in advisory projects related to mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and forming joint ventures between Singapore and Japanese companies. Eugene was promoted from Vice President to Associate Director within the first year of joining.
