Setup control zones at dozens of construction sites, over 100+ days. On busiest days, controlled over 3,000 vehicles. Thanked most drivers after stopping them to ensure that I gave positive feedback, so that they would be prepared for the next time they encounter a control zone. Received many smiles and waves.
