In May 2018 Schiphol connected successfully to Eurocontrol Network Manager. The NMOC Connection project team under my lead prepared the concept of operations, functional and procedural changes, technical evaluations, and operational trials. In september 2018 we presented the 100 days result with benefits visible in various performance indicators.More than the connection to Eurocontrol NMOC, the ambition of making Schiphol a predictable airport in Europe drives the team forward to further improvements.
