● Work collaboratively with directors and production team● Location scouting for lighting, camera movements, and set design● Make decisions on the use of different lenses, filters, lighting techniques, andcamera movements● Decide on arrangements for rental of the camera, lighting, grip equipment, andspecialized tools.● Responsible for managing cameras, lights and sound equipment● Provide on-set direction to camera department and lighting crew members

● Involved in the research and design of new courses● Providing mentoring and support to students● Delivering lectures and practical training with the most up-to-date equipmentincluding new cameras, lights, sound equipment etc.● Providing mentoring and technical support to a group of students when theyshoot their short film as a diploma project● Assessing students course work and material
