As Director, Strategic Development, developed plans, capabilities, and relationships to ensure future growth of GDIT in the competitive Homeland Security area, supporting the VP Borders & Maritime Security and the Director, Coast Guard Programs. This included work to evaluate, develop, and execute capture strategies, plans, proposals, personnel training for required capabilities, and team relationships, both within GDIT and with partner companies. Led the most successful effort in GDIT to develop PMI PMP and ITIL certified capabilities - fifteen PMP & over 60 ITIL certifications completed in preparation for the TISCOM Recompete ITIS project award $140M task win. Served successfully in multiple divisions as Director of Strategic Development in GDIT's National and Homeland Security (2012-2013) and Health and Civilian Solutions Division (2010-2012, 2014), including supporting GD IS&T (GDIT, GD C4S, & GD AIS) Top Ten efforts. Supported Borders and Maritime Security and Coast Guard Programs, as well as international efforts in Panama.Examples of projects led include the USCG APLES ($288M TCV 8a set aside awarded 2010), EAGLE USCG Information Technology Infrastructure Services contract (awarded 2009 $140M), EAGLE USCG C2CEN Engineering (awarded 2008), USCG Telecommunication & Information Systems Command BPA (awarded 2003 $48.5M), USCG IT Operations & Migrations (Microsoft ADEX, Enterprise Outlook, Server 2003, SIPRNET, Server Consolidation, CGISS); Help Desk (SIPRNET, EMO, Image 6.0), and other IT, communications, engineering and infrastructure contracts.
