•Carry out account opening tasks for Institutional Investors. Tasks include but not limited to KYC pre-checking, database/ system maintenance, validation. Ensure the necessary information and documents in line with internal policies and regulatory requirement.•KYC remediation exercise, responsible for end to end of assigned case to fulfil periodic review schedule. Make escalation and clarification with multiple parties i.e. Compliance, validation team and client if necessary•Answer investor’s inquiry in timely manner with professionalism. Maintain high level of investor satisfaction.•Keep abreast on all latest KYC updates regularly and ensure an updated KYC workflow is in place to fulfil internal and regulatory standard•Handle transfer agent related work, trade processing, maintain shareholder register, prepare internal& external report. Follow up on trade outstanding matters (e.g. settlement, confirmation , general inquiry regarding fund documents & prospectus)

•Responsible for account opening task and provide one-stop service to institutional clients (Organization, Hedge Fund, Ibroker, Financial Advisor etc.). Tasks include but not limited to KYC pre-checking, AML checking review, EDD review. •Meeting with sales regularly and handle their inquiries•Coordinate with different departments (e.g. compliance, customer service) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations•Responsible for post-account opening inquiry •Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by manager

•Responsible for account opening which mainly focus on retail clients•Review and process surveillance queues including potential undesirable client matches, PEP matches, internal matches, US indicia•Prepare write-up including PEP, potential/red flag client matches, prohibited countries
