I was promoted from Senior Systems Administrator to Director of Infrastructure to over see the entire infrastructure side of the firms LAN/WAN. I managed the helpdesk team and put in place a system and software that maximized our technicians support and their time. The network infrastructure team reported directly to me and I was able to maintain high level uptimes as well as complete maintenance records and network documentation for the firms executive team. I was also able to be hands on with system administration of the network, making sure the policies and procedures that were put in place when I was the Sr. System Administrator were being adhered to.

Hired to migrate a Novell network over to Microsoft Windows. Successfully migrated 700 plus employee email from GroupWise to Microsoft Exchange 2003. Oversaw the entire server network build as well as decision making with COLO facilities, software acquisition, server and desktop hardware. Designed the Microsoft network and Active Directory structure and administered the network across nine offices and over 700 employees.
