UX Research: We conduct detailed research to thoroughly understand user needs and behaviors. This includes planning and conducting user interviews, conducting surveys, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and preparing research reports.UX Writing: We are responsible for writing user interface copy to ensure a logical and effective experience. This involves drafting button labels, error messages, instructions, and other texts that guide the user clearly and concisely through the digital product.UX/UI Design: We focus on creating an intuitive and engaging user experience. We use tools such as wireframing and prototyping to design information architecture and user flows. This includes visual design of interfaces, ensuring they are accessible, aesthetically pleasing, and consistent with the brand identity.Branding: We develop the visual identity of the brand, including logo design, color and typography selection, and creation of a style guide that establishes guidelines for consistent brand use.

My background as a culinary professional with celiac disease drove me to create a unique product for commercial venues. Extensive research informed product development, balancing customer preferences and supplier criteria. Adapting the recipe for profitability while maintaining quality was key. Over time, I introduced new flavors within the same product, requiring adaptable thinking and effective problem-solving, making this venture closely related to UX principles in the food industry.

Mobile digital project tackled as a freelancer with a temporary contract. The services provided include content structure of 5 different sections (some of them: chat, feed, filling and payment forms), correct hierarchy of components, accessibility and operational fluidity, prototyping of the project's MVP. Micro interactions, improvements in Ux writing, collaborations in interviews, and main focus on UI design.

Digital marketing, network management, study of general statistics, generation of content and digital advertising, customer service, continuous improvement. Incorporation of 3D modeling, plans.

The POTENCIATE contest is designed to fuel the motivation of entrepreneurship in young people in today's society and educate them with leaders in the area to carry out growth and progress in their projects. Its organizers are a complete government staff dedicated to this area who seek to help and provide opportunities and encouragement. Together with my project partner we had the pleasant news of being part of this entire process that evolved our product, opened our minds, connected us with people and allowed us to learn from the economic and social reality that this particular project should sustain. Great experience and lots of useful knowledge.
