This platform served as a comprehensive solution to manage various processes behind the scenes of online casinos. It encompassed player management, game management, payment processing, bet tracking, bonus allocation, tournament management, lotteries, and more.Main Activities and Responsibilities:- Manual Testing:Conducted comprehensive manual testing including regression testing, smoke testing, critical path testing, sanity testing, exploratory testing, grey box testing, black box testing, integration testing, and system integration testing.- Requirements Analysis:Analyzed project requirements to ensure a thorough understanding of the expected functionality and user experience.- Logs Analysis:Utilized tools such as Kibana, Sentry, and log files to analyze and interpret system logs for troubleshooting and identifying potential issues.- Test Environment Preparation and Maintenance:Set up and maintained test environments using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and SSH access, ensuring a stable and reliable environment for testing activities.- Test Documentation:Created and maintained comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data, to ensure test coverage and facilitate future testing efforts.- Bugs and Improvements Reporting:Identified and reported bugs and suggested improvements to the development team, providing clear and detailed information for efficient issue resolution.- Bug Validation:Collaborated with the development team to validate bug fixes and improvements, ensuring the desired outcomes were achieved and maintaining a high-quality product.

Key responsibilities:- Conducted manual testing (regression, acceptance, smoke, ad hoc, functional).- Performed testing of web interfaces with and without layouts to ensure optimal user experience.- Conducted API testing using Postman, verifying data integrity and communication between systems.- Prepared detailed test plans and executed regression testing to identify and resolve issues proactively.- Managed release processes, including layout, working with metrics, and error analysis using Sentry.- Implemented test automation using Selenium WebDriver and pytest to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.- Created and maintained up-to-date product documentation in Confluence, including test cases, plans, checklists, and instructions for the QA team.

Testing a complex system of a chain of stores including CRM, ERP, and payment systems.
