Eugenia is a lifelong learner who is interested in philosophy and psychology. Her degree in International Relations helps her to cultivate communication, critical thinking, researching, and writing skills. Those skill sets were further polished by Djarum Beasiswa Plus through their training for the awardee, such as Character Building, Leadership Development, and International Exposure (Model United Nations). During uni life, she was known as a person who was active inside and outside campus activities. She believes that having a balance between academic, social, and personal life will bring the best quality out of her. She possesses high empathy to understand what others want and needs to deliver effective verbal and written communications. She is also a perfectionist which made her always work wholeheartedly and benefit her in working with details.On the weekends, she works as a part-time Group Fitness Instructor at Celebrity Fitness Indonesia. Her love for sports also brought her into CrossFit community. For her, being active in sports is not just a game or an activity to fill leisure time, but having a journey for a mental transformation. She sees that in order to change and/or be an expert on something it takes persistence and persistence takes time. She trusts the process rather than having shortcuts to achieve goals.In her free time, she prefers to draw, reading self-development books, reading, and making poetry. Her all-time most favorite quote was the one from Nelson Mandela which says "It always seems impossible until it's done."
