Build and leverage relationship with Distributors as wells as their sales force and clients.Propose optimal Route to Market for designated channels.Monitor performance, develop action plans and present follow up on each iniciative.

Follow up and assess clients' financial status in order to define Credit Limits for Argentina, Uruguay & Expo Markets. Request credit coverage (COFACE) and regional approval (if necessary).Prepare and negotiate overdue debt scheme of arrangements.Prepare monthly reports and forecasts (DSO, Colletions, etc). Calculate Bad Debts provision.Represent MHA in Credit Chambers (Bodegas Argentinas AC and CADIC).

Project Management, Requirements assessment, Sourcing strategy definition, Negotiations with suppliers, Implementation & On-going support.Main experience with Advertising Agencies, Event&Promotions, CRM, WebDesign, Market Research (local, as well as, regional and global projects)
