About Eugenia Naser
Communication is one of my keywords and my passion. Broad as it is, it's one of my favorite words to describe almost everything I love doing: expressing myself through art, reading, travelling, connecting with others, empowering them, helping clients succeed, leading with empathy and achieving business goals through team work.Being a people manager and helping others to thrive is something I deeply enjoy, it's my core. Bringing a team together to reach any goal (the more challenging the better), while we learn and continuously improve, is the way I work. Cross-cultural awareness has been a constant in my path and for years I've been growing as a committed advocate of DE&I in several ways. While in Argentina, gender equality was my main focus, giving me the opportunity to represent Mercer in the national gender parity initiative (2017); in Poland, cultural inclusion and PRIDE visibility have taken my heart and most of my volunteering time working on these subjects. For long, I've had the same motto, which I heard from a professor back in Kellogg: "You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take". As true as it is, it has also proved in my life, that perseverance pays off always, in the most diverse ways.
