 Manage full outbound orders processing for various accounts (from orders reception to shipping and invoicing) in the North America, Caribbean and Central & South America Markets.  Inventory management of +2,000 items: Optimization, controlling, costs inventory analyzing, monitoring of movements. Work with all logistics partners: Customers, vendors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, national and local carriers, international freight lines, inbound warehouses, leasing companies. Create, provide, revise and/or approve logistics documentation: Quotations, sales orders, picking tickets, packing list, invoices, credit memos, RMA, freight quotes, purchase orders, bill of lading, ISF, AWB, delivery and release orders.  Manage full inbound orders processing, from forecasting to purchasing and receiving, with supply base of +100 vendors in North America, Europe and Asia. Plan, coordinate and work together with Warehouse, Accounting, Sales and Management departments.

 Assist individuals in different Government Programs such as the Reemployment Eligibility and Assessment (REA) and the Emergency Unemployment Compensation and Re-Employment Services (EUC-RES).  Conduct careers planning assessment to refer clients for qualified services, and develop Individual Employment Plans (IEP) to connect jobseekers with available and desired positions.  Create, review, and manage individual’s information in the Employ Florida Marketplace (EFM) website and in the Individual Assessment Application (IAA) system.

 Manage full routes activity, including freight quotes, shipping, invoicing, electronic bills, and shipment tracing. Collect and analyze data to prepare reports on logistics performance measures to recommend improvements in key areas such as service levels and transportation efficiency. Design and implement new routes for distribution that decreased the travel distance by 35.12% while also reducing transportation costs and delivery time.

  Prepare course materials such as syllabi and research projects, and evaluate and grade students' performance. Teach courses in Business Administration, such as Supply Chain Management and Logistics.  Author various articles published in different academic journals and websites.
