How are emotions expressed in your body?I firmly believe that to integrate emotion detection into AI, and to use these techniques to be beneficial for society, those who develop them need to know themselves.I do not promise short-term results at all, sometimes it can happen, but it depends more on you than on me. I can only accompany you in your process like those trackers who accompanied explorers, discoverers of new territories to suggest the best path.In 2018 I started my personal project “Empathy and AI”, an experiment in which I combine personal development with the development of AI.Through my life path, I noticed how I tended to take refuge in computing, being more of an introverted person with few social interactions. After finding myself in a personal situation that overwhelmed me, I sought professional help, from there and thanks to a Men's Circle I started in psychotherapy with Gestalt, I went through family constellations, psychocorporal therapy "Open River" system mainly, but also I trained in NLP and continue studying and practicing other avenues.I have been able to see all the changes in myself, like every day little by little I have been improving the version of myself compared to the previous day.This knowledge acquired through experience is what I offer. I am like that person who has explored an unexplored jungle and has come out of it alive and who now offers to accompany other explorers to delve into their own internal jungles.
